Background
Flying Fox is Vekoma's custom family suspended coaster at Kentucky Kingdom — 1,380 feet of track, a 65-foot peak, and a 37 mph top speed with a 38-inch minimum, opened May 28, 2026 as the park's sixth coaster.
Herschend Creative Studios themed the experience around crop-duster legend Jeb Fox with a red-barn queue, murals, and an underground plunge. The $14 million project continues the multi-year investment that began with Discovery Meadow and pushes Kentucky Kingdom to the most coasters of any park in the state.
