Background

Wildebeest brought ProSlide's HydroMAGNETIC water-coaster format to Splashin' Safari in 2010 — roughly 1,710 feet of hills, drops, and tunnels with linear-induction boosts pushing four-person boats uphill instead of relying on gravity alone.

For more than a decade Amusement Today readers voted it the world's top water-park ride before sibling Mammoth took the crown. At about two and a half minutes of soak time it remains the park's classic water-coaster credit.
